1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Trash Grandma website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of SK, Canada. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Trash Grandma provides professional tattoo artistry and visual art services operating in Saskatoon, SK, Canada. All tattoo services are provided by appointment only at our private studio location. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by the artist.

3. Age Requirement

In accordance with SK regulations, you must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo services without parental consent. Valid government-issued photo identification (driver's license, passport, or provincial ID) is required at your appointment to verify age and identity.

4. Appointments, Deposits, and Payment

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo. Deposits are forfeited if you cancel or fail to show up for your appointment without 48 hours notice.

We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit/debit card payments. Online payments are processed securely through Square, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Final payment is due at the completion of your session.

5. Health and Safety

We maintain the highest standards of health and safety in compliance with SK Health Authority regulations. Our studio follows all provincial guidelines for body art establishments, including proper sterilization, single-use needles, and infection control procedures. You must disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, or medical history that may affect the tattooing process before your appointment.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom designs created by Trash Grandma remain the intellectual property of the artist under Canadian copyright law. We reserve the right to photograph and use images of completed tattoos for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and portfolio unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

7. Liability and Assumption of Risk

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, tattoos are permanent body modifications that carry inherent risks including but not limited to: infection, allergic reaction, scarring, and dissatisfaction with artistic results. You acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Touch-ups are available within 3 months for minor healing issues at no charge.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of tattoo work, we do not offer refunds on completed services. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of SK and Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of SK.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
