Booking Policy

Please read this booking policy carefully before making an appointment.

1. Booking Process

All tattoo appointments must be booked in advance. To secure your appointment, you must submit a booking request form and wait for confirmation. Walk-ins are not accepted.

2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies based on the size and complexity of your tattoo:

  • Small tattoos (2-4 inches): $100 deposit
  • Medium tattoos (4-6 inches): $150 deposit
  • Large tattoos (6-10 inches): $200 deposit
  • Extra large tattoos (10+ inches): $300+ deposit

Your deposit will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo.

3. Pricing

Tattoo pricing is based on size, complexity, placement, and time required. A quote will be provided after your consultation. Our day rate is $700 for 6 hours of work.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

No-shows will result in immediate forfeiture of the deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments.

5. Preparation for Your Appointment

To ensure the best experience and results:

  • Eat a full meal before your appointment
  • Stay well hydrated
  • Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications for 24 hours prior
  • Get adequate sleep the night before
  • Wear comfortable clothing with easy access to the tattoo area
  • Bring a valid government-issued photo ID

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo. No exceptions. Valid ID will be checked at your appointment.

7. Health Conditions

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, skin conditions, or medications you are taking. Certain conditions may prevent you from getting a tattoo for your safety.

8. Design Changes

Minor design adjustments can be made during your appointment. Major design changes may require rescheduling and could result in additional design fees.

9. Touch-ups

One free touch-up is included within 3 months of your initial tattoo, provided you have followed all aftercare instructions. Touch-ups required due to improper aftercare will be charged at our hourly rate.

10. Aftercare

Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided after your tattoo. Proper aftercare is essential for healing and maintaining the quality of your tattoo. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may void your free touch-up.

11. Photography

We reserve the right to photograph completed tattoos for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you prefer your tattoo not be photographed or shared, please inform us before your appointment.
