  • Process payments - deposits and final payments through Square payment processing
  • Maintain health and safety records - as required by SK Health Authority regulations
  • Improve our services - customer feedback and service quality enhancement

3. Payment Processing

4. Email Communications

We send two types of emails:

  • Transactional emails - booking confirmations, appointment reminders, aftercare instructions, and service-related communications (you cannot opt-out of these as they are essential to service delivery)
  • Marketing emails - newsletters, flash releases, promotions, and studio updates (you can opt-out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or contacting us directly)

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with:

  • Payment processors - Square processes payment transactions securely
  • Email service providers - for sending appointment confirmations and newsletters
  • Health authorities - if required by SK health regulations for contact tracing or safety compliance

All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and security of your information.

6. Photography and Portfolio Use

We may photograph completed tattoos for our portfolio, website, social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and promotional materials. These images will not include your face or identifying information unless you provide explicit written permission. You may request that your tattoo not be photographed or used for promotional purposes at any time before, during, or after your appointment.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes secure data storage, encrypted communications, and limited access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with SK and Canada legal requirements (including tax and health records), and resolve disputes. Health and consent records are maintained for a minimum of 7 years as required by SK health regulations.
